The sold us I car they don't have or are unable to get a title for. Something is obviously fishy because it doesn't take this long to get a new title even if you lose one. This dealership is awful! I will never bring my vehicle back there and will never recommend it. The general manager Boyd is rude and refused to to responsibility for replacing a damaged window on my vehicle. After giving me the runaround for 2 weeks, he tried to find a cheap way to fix it but made it worse. When I told him I would call their Chrysler Dodge he stated he didn’t care. This has been the worse experience of buying a vehicle I’ve ever had.

I had a good experience at this dealership. Ethan Garcia was my salesman and he did an outstanding job. No high pressure and got a decent amount for my trade. Emailed the General Manager George Haitt with a concern after the deal was closed and he responded promptly. Overall I would recommend this dealership but make sure to ask for Ethan. As with any dealership watch your numbers especially in Finance Office.

I purchased a Lexus from the dealership that was listed on line for $67,999.00. When the car was delivered to Amarillo the paperwork reflected a price of $69,999.00. I objected to the raise in price snd called Chad on finance . He was no help so he forwarded me to the sales mgr Boyd. He told me to take it or send it back. I didn’t want to lose the car so I took it. I even have a picture that the salesman Louis sent me with the $67,999.00 price on the window.
